WHAT IS RACE FOR THE ARTS?
Held in Sacramento’s William Land Park, Race for the Arts is a 5K Run/Walk and Kids Fun Run raising funds and awareness for California nonprofit visual, performing, cultural, literary arts organizations, and school music, drama, literary, and art programs. With entertainment throughout the racecourse and a Free Arts Festival following the race, it is sure to be fun for all ages!
Race Schedule:
AUGUST 26, 2017
REGISTRATION BEGINS AT 7:00 A.M.
8:10 A.M. – KID’S FUN RUNS
- 1/4 MILE FOR AGES 6 AND UNDER
- 1/2 MILE FOR KIDS AGES 6-10
8:35 A.M. – 5K RUN/WALK (3.1 MILES)
Register by August 14:
Adults – $30 Kids (ages 15 and under) – $15
Register after August 14:
Adults – $35 Kids (ages 15 and under) – $15
